          延陵小学校本课程实施方案

                       

课程名称:   环保T台秀                                             

课程实施者:  曾小霞                                            

课程目标:

   1、通过训练模特舞步,培养学生的韵律感,提升自信。                                                       

   2、学会使用肢体语言,表达内心情感。                                                       

   3、在制作环保服饰的过程中,增强环保意识,锻炼动手能力。                                                       

                                                          

课程内容概要:

    将后街男孩的一首音乐《get   down》和模特步、环保时装秀等多个元素相组合,培养审美情趣、动手能力,增强环保意识,提升自信心。                                                          

                                                        

授课时间:  4-5月每周三上午8:00——11:00                                                                                    

授课地点:     学校舞蹈室                                                            

成果呈现方式(文字、音像资料、报告、汇报表演、实物等):

   文字、照片、汇报表演                                                                 

课程实施需要的帮助(包括教师所需材料预算、学生自备材料及招募志愿者等):

    1、需要学生自备报纸、碟片、塑料袋、碟片、彩带、胶水、针线等制作环保服饰的材料                                                      

     2、需要一位美术基本功较好的家长志愿者或老师做技术指导。                                                    

                                                          

课程实施计划:

第一次:  练习模特步                                                         

      1、介绍课程方案,让学生了解课程内容和意义。                                                     

      2、收看视频资料,学习走秀是怎么回事,谈感受。

      3 继续收看视频,感受节拍和身体韵律美。                                                  

      4、每个人练习挺胸收腹摆POSE,合着韵律走步                                                   

      5、布置作业:在家练习模特步。                                                    

第二次:  训练节奏感                                                        

       1 复习走步,逐个纠正姿势。                                                  

       2 介绍后街男孩组合                                                 

       3 播放《get down》,欣赏音乐                                                  

       4、用拍手、跺脚、转身、点头等方式感受节奏。                                                    

第三次:  背诵音乐,强化节奏感                                                      

        1 复习走步,逐个点拨。                                                

        2、用“啦啦啦”哼唱的方式背诵音乐,同时配合自由踏步、扭身、等肢体语言,强化节奏感,尝试自由表现对音乐的感受。                                                    

         3、尝试给音乐分段。                                                 

         4 检查是否掌握音乐节奏                                               

第四次:   分人次、阶落编排队形                                                       

          1、复习走步。                                               

          2 编排队形                                               

                                                          

          3、分人次分段落合节拍走步                                                

          4、每个人根据音乐设计个性化表演动作                                                

第五次:    制作环保服饰                                                      

           1、配乐练习                                               

            2、制作服饰

         1、配乐练习
