3A Unit4 My family优质课教案

  教学内容:My family---Storytime(第一课时)

  教学目标:

  1、能理解故事内容,掌握家庭成员词汇family, father, mother, brother, sister, me。

  2、掌握句型This is my …,并能正确用This is … 等几句话介绍自己的家人。

  3、能用big, small, happy, sweet, great等形容词说出对家庭的感受,并能用I love my family.表达自己对家庭的爱。

  4、能根据情境感受到我们所在班级和学校、生活的城市以及我们伟大的国家也是我们的大家庭,激发学生对家庭、集体、社会的热爱之情。

  制定依据:

  1、在第三单元Cartoon time中已经初步感知理解This is … She’s my sister. ,为本课学习做了一点铺垫,学生学习起来会比较轻松一些。

  2、在第二单元中已经渗透I’m tall/ short/ thin/ fat... I’m happy/ lovely/ cute/ nice/ great …学生对部分形容词已经比较熟悉。I love …句型也是学生耳熟能详的。因此拓展的 A … family. 和I love my family.应该也是学生容易掌握的。

  教学重难点:

  1、重点:掌握句型This is my...

  2、难点:正确用This is my...等几句话介绍自己的家人。

  教具准备:

  PPT, 家庭照片

  教学过程:

  Step1 Pre-reading

  1. Free talk: Ask some questions about the Ss.

  2. Game: Magic eyes. T: Who’s this?

  Ss: Look and try to answer: This is ...

  【设计意图】:通过游戏复现上个单元有所了解的句子This is ...,并在游戏中引出Miss Zheng’s family,处理生词me, father, mother以及This is me. This is my father.

  3. Lead in:

  Miss Zheng’s family

  (1) Show Miss Zheng’s family photo, teach the new words and sentences: me, father, mother and This is me. This is my ...

  Ss: Look at the photos, try to guess, and learn to say.

  (2) Ask the Ss to introduce their father and mother.

  Ss: Pair work(同桌互动,介绍自己的父母)

  (3) Show the photos, ask the Ss: How do you like my family?

  Ss: Think and say

  【设计意图:】引导、启发学生能用一句话谈谈对家的感觉,激活small/ big/happy/ sweet ...等形容词。)

  Step2 While-reading

  Mike’s family

  1. 引出Mike,预测故事

  T: Today we have a new friend. Who is he? What do you want to know about Mike’s family?

  Ss: Ask some questions about Mike’s family.

  【设计意图】:通过开放性问题激活学生的思维,在预测故事内容的同时培养质疑能力。

  2. 呈现故事,验证预测

  Task 1: Watch and think

  T: Boys and girls, let’s watch a video about Mike’s family. Then tell me how do you like Mike’s family?

  Ss: Watch the video. Mike’s family is big.

  【设计意图】:通过整体呈现故事,让学生初步感知Mike的家庭的特点big,正好和中国的三口之家作比较。

  Task 2: Read and circle:

  T: We know Mike’s family is so big. Who are Mike’s family members?

  (1) How many family members are there in Mike’s family?

  (2)Who are they?

  (3) What does “brother” mean? How do you know?

  (4) What does “sister” mean? How do you know?

  (5) Ss: Read the story and circle.

  【设计意图】:通过第二次阅读故事,学生能捕捉主要信息。了解Mike家有多少人,分别是谁。通过追问让学生从读文本和读图片中捕捉细节性信息,培养学生观察能力和阅读能力。

  Task 3: Read and match

  T: Children, let’s read the story carefully, then try to say something about the family members.

  Ss:Read the story carefully and match the photo with the right word. Then try to be Mike and introduce one of his family members.

  3.朗读训练,增强语感

  Task 4: Read and imitate

  T:Now let’s read the story and try to imitate.

  Ss: Read and imitate.

  【设计意图】:设计不同要求的听读活动,让学生进一步增强语感,美化语音。

  4.合作表演,初步运用

  Task 5: Let’s act

  T: Boys and girls, you have done a good job. Can you act the story out?

  Ss: Act the story

  【设计意图】:通过表演引导学生语言输出,从而达到初步综合运用语言的目的。

  Step 3 Post-reading

  1.Show a short video and ask: What is my family?

  Ss: Watch the video

  【设计意图】:从老师的家,Mike的家,自己的家到身边的“大家庭”,激发学生对家庭、班级、学校、家乡和祖国的热爱!

  2. Read the rhyme together.

  Step 4 Homework

  1. Read the story.

  2. Try to introduce your family in English.

  3. Tell your father and mother“What is my family?”
